Webcam Page

Webcam Page Option table synchronization
Consider turning the Option table synchronization option off after you are familiar with the program. You can turn this option off by clicking the small round button above the option table.

Option Table
You may see all webcam options in the Option Table at the left side of the Webcam page. If your Option Table is occasionally hidden restore it by clicking on the left vertical line with two triangles or drag the blue vertical line to the right. You can hide the Option Table by clicking on the left vertical line with two triangles or drag the blue vertical line on his right side to the left.

Drag the thin blue vertical line to change caption and data widths of the Option Table.

Clicking on the triangle above Option Table expands/collapses all the Option Table items. You have to click the plus icon at the left side of an option item to expand it and the minus icon to collapse one.

Clicking on the circle above Option Table enable/disable Option Table synchronization with other interface controls.

Note that there are brief hints in the program status bar when the cursor stops over an interface element or an option. Video tutorial (Flash)

Option Table
There are the Email Command and About buttons beneath the Option Table. Notice the build field on the About marker embraces a last revision date.

The Preview Video Window is at right side of the Webcam page. It tracks all video changes of all video sources and options . Preview Window lets you overlay two combined text, date and time stamps, and one watermark, as well as offering various styles of live video effects. Double click will cause the jump to Album Page.

The cycle control buttons lay beneath the Preview Video Window. They have bright green color when they are pressed but idle and yellow color when they are active. The FTP Upload, Picture, Send Email, Movie Save, Time Lapse and HTTP Upload pressed buttons have ordinary color when their 'Cycle' control item is unchecked. Then only hot Capture button (photo cam icon) above the Preview Window will cause a needed action.

The hot buttons above the Preview Window will help you work quickly and comfortable.

Setting a low preview rate does not help. You can use the 'Last saved' button above the preview window to resolve the problem. The button becomes enabled after the first save or upload operation, and it refreshes the preview only after an operation. The program does not save this setting because a user can forget about that.
  • Email - send email immediately with a photo. See Send Email
  • HTTP Server - broadcast images from a web camera to any Web site or to another computer with Webcam Relay
