Problems since upgrading to 4.9 (ww lite)

Oleg-

I've been using your product for a long time now, and really like it. I actually just licensed another copy of lite for a separate web cam I was putting up. However, since upgrading to 4.9 I can't keep WW Lite running for more than a few hours before it dies. I keep getting this error (from the application error log):

Faulting application wwlite.exe, version 4.9.0.0, faulting module , version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

I've downloaded another build (just yesterday), completely uninstalling the product and then installing the new version. But to no avail. WWLite died again on me last night at about 11:25pm.

I'm using the same D-link DCS 1000W network camera I always have. I haven't really changed any of my options.

What's [not] up?

Hello Charles,
The program has been strongly changed since v4.9. It now works more easily with a few cycled features. Please send me (by email) the wwlite.ini file from the 'Program Files\Willing Webcam Lite\' folder. There are all program settings. I'll try to reproduce the problem. The error message is a general Windows message and it doesn't have any information.

Yes, please provide me the 4.8 version. My entire computer crashed about 1:30 this morning, which means my webcam as well as my weather station are down.

I'll send you the INI file tonight when I get home.

Oleg -

So, after downgrading your product (thank you) and my weather station software, I was still having problems with my machine crashing. After hours of research and a lot more monitoring than I really wanted to do, I found that there was an exe on my machine that had stuck around from a prior piece of software I had installed. I ended up having to reinstall that software, and then upgrade it to keep it from eating all of my available memory.

Thanks again for the help, and I'll be upgrading to 4.9 again here soon.
