How to do motion detector ?

Hi,
This is a very nice software, but of course the options overwhelm you at the beginning. I just want to use the motion detector option, I want it to record a 20 sec file every time it detects a motion. I can't figure it out, I have enabled motion in the options but how do I tell it to start detecting NOW plz help me.

Kaveh,

You can use 'Motion Detection > Enable' or
big green button 'motion' below the Preview
to set on the motion detection.
You have to tune the Sensitivity just hand waving
before cam. The button 'motion' changes his
color to yellow when the program detects a motion.
